All orders will be dispatched within 7 working dates.

All products will be shipped through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Your products will be delivered within 7 working days.

All returns should be packed as per the following instructions:

• Fashion products should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; these products can only be tried on to see if they fit.
• Pack all the items received with the order i.e. free gifts, warranties, tags, labels, manuals or any other accessories. (if applicable).
• The product must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer packaging. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.
• Once you have packed your items, you can either choose to drop off or get your item picked up.

Note: Pack your items according to their respective return tracking number. Items with different tracking numbers must not be packed together.

1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, you can initiate the return request within 7 days.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Item: If the item received is incorrect (i.e. wrong item/color/model) or incomplete (i.e. missing parts or accessories).
• Defective Item: If the item arrived in a defective condition or does not work (e.g. unable to switch on) after unboxing.
• Damaged Item/Package: If the item arrived in physically damaged condition and the brand seal has not been broken.

2. Change of mind is applicable in certain scenarios, such as; Women’s Fashion, Bags.

3. Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
• If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, AQTStore reserves the right to send it back to you.
